Facility Use Information and Procedures
The Fannin County School System is, and wishes to remain, a cooperative member of the community. The school system must balance the desire to support all worthwhile community activities with its responsibility to supervise and maintain the school system’s Performing Arts Center for its primary purpose, which is to house the program of instruction and the various performance events for band, chorus, and drama.

This procedure may not be completed online or via email. All contractual documents and fees must be submitted by mail or to the Coordinator’s office located in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center. The necessary contact information is provided on all documents.

Procedure to reserve the FCHS Performing Arts Center:

1) Open, print and read the document links below.

2) Contact the Performing Arts Center Coordinator to secure your date(s). Phone: (706) 632-7445 ext. 5 or email: emoates@fannin.k12.ga.us.

3) Submit a Performing Arts Center Facility Use Contract, and, if applicable, the Request For Fee Exception with supporting documents within fourteen days.
