House Bill 268
A new GA Law, HB 268, stipulates that if our school does not receive your child's critical records from each of their previous schools within the ten-day provisional period, we are authorized to temporarily assign your child to remote learning. This temporary remote learning period will continue until either the critical records are received or a case management consultation is completed.
