Today we celebrate one of the most important partnerships in education — YOU.

To our incredible parents, grandparents, guardians, and community members: thank you for walking beside us, encouraging our students, and supporting the work we do each day.

Your involvement — whether it’s attending events, helping with homework, cheering from the sidelines, volunteering, or simply asking, “How was your day?” — makes a powerful difference in every child’s learning journey.

 

 

The Fannin County School System is proud to announce the official adoption of an updated mission and vision, reflecting our continued commitment to excellence, unity, and student success. Developed over the course of a year, our stakeholders worked together to capture the spirit of our school system and its role in our community.

The Pioneer in Education Award honors individuals who embody excellence and go above and beyond to make a
difference in the lives of students and educators. Gribble received this annual award for Fannin County, being
recognized for her outstanding leadership, innovation, and partnership in strengthening the connection between
education and community development at the Pioneer RESA Pioneer in Education awards event on Friday,
November 14, 2025.
