East Fannin Elementary School would like to congratulate Mrs. Kathy Culpepper on being named the 2017 Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Culpepper is the Physical Education Teacher.

Mrs. Culpepper received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education from Kennesaw State University and has been teaching for 21 years. 

Mrs. Culpepper and her husband, Shan have been married for 24 years.  They have three children, Courtney, Chase, and Cassidy.  Their oldest daughter, Courtney just got married a year ago to Jake Brooks.   Mrs. Culpepper enjoys going to church, watching Fannin Basketball, and going to dance competitions.   Her favorite verse is Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
